1. This product has a relatively high viscosity, so it should be heated in a 70-90℃ water bath before use. We can also make products with lower viscosity and easy to use according to customer needs.
2. The solvent can be xylene, toluene, mixed benzene, aromatic solvent oil, etc. Part of vegetable oil or methyl oleate (methyl fatty acid) can also be added to increase the efficacy.
3. DMF and methanol have a greater impact on viscosity, so add as little as possible when used as a co-solvent.
4. The viscosity of the finished product is closely related to the viscosity and content of the ointment and the amount of emulsifier. The appropriate ointment should be selected according to the content of the preparation and the required viscosity, which can greatly save production costs.
5. Appropriate addition of auxiliary additive QY-118 can increase the viscosity of the preparation, adjust the performance of the emulsifier, reduce the amount of emulsifier, and reduce the production cost.
6. Due to different manufacturers and different batches of ointment, there is a big difference in the ointment. Samples of the ointment used should be prepared before production, and the dosage of each material should be determined according to the requirements of the viscosity, emulsification state, and specific gravity of the finished product.
