Product introduction:

This product is a series of high-quality complex calcium sulfonate special agents successfully developed by introducing advanced foreign technology, combining our production process and using different raw material formulations. The product code is FT-2, and the appearance is a brown viscous liquid. It is the main additive for the production of complex calcium sulfonate grease. This product has been evaluated and practically applied by relevant experts from Sinopec, PetroChina and many domestic grease manufacturers. It can meet the needs of producing composite calcium phosphate-based grease products. For many years, it has been widely used in more than 20 domestic composite calcium carbonate-based grease manufacturers and has been well received.

Physical and chemical properties:

　　The compound calcium sulfonate grease produced by this agent has excellent extreme pressure, abrasion resistance, water resistance, shear stability, oxidation resistance, rust resistance and high temperature resistance, especially at high temperatures (dropping point higher than 340℃ ), moisture, water drench (including sea water), corrosion, heavy load, impact load, calcium carbonate can be firmly adsorbed on the metal surface to form an impermeable protective film, which can resist a large amount of water leaching. The properties of calcium sulfonate have the ability to resist acid and alkali, and show excellent anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance. Because the agent has natural extreme pressure and anti-wear properties and excellent load resistance performance, the grease shows its inherent Excellent performance, and does not contain heavy metals and other functional additives that are harmful to the environment, it is widely used in steel, military, smelting, pulp, fresh water and seawater transportation, railways, power generation, automobiles, construction, heavy machinery and other industries.

Packaging, storage and transportation:

　　 200L special metal drum packaging, product net weight 200kg/barrel, packaging, marking, transportation, storage, delivery and acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with SH0164. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive.

　　When using, follow the general precautions for handling chemicals and adding additives to the base oil. If it touches the skin, it can be washed thoroughly with detergent, soap and water.
